Refund Policy

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Bakee Empire (the legal entity operating under the brand name Bakee) (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including our website, social media platforms, ordering channels, and all products and services offered by us. By accessing, browsing, or placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
All orders and requests are subject to approval by Bakee. We reserve the full right to reject any order at our sole discretion without providing reasons. If an order is declined, any payment made will be fully refunded.

CANCELLATION
We understand plans may change, and cancellations are handled as follows:

Advance Orders: Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours notice prior to your requested delivery time. Approved cancellations will be fully refunded.
Same-Day / On-Demand Orders: These orders are processed quickly, so cancellation may not always be possible. If processing has already started, cancellation cannot be processed. If the order has not yet been processed, we may be able to approve your cancellation and issue a full refund.

MISSING ORDER CONFIRMATION
If your payment appears to have gone through but you did not receive an order confirmation email, please verify whether the amount has been charged to your account and email us at hello@bakee.my for immediate assistance and investigation.

DAMAGED ITEMS
We carefully package all products, but damage may occasionally occur during delivery. If your order arrives in unacceptable condition, please whatsapp us immediately at 019-9997095 with supporting photos. Claims must be submitted within 4 hours of receipt. Approved cases may qualify for a replacement or refund.

DELIVERY
All deliveries are handled by our appointed delivery partners, and arrangements will be initiated once your order is confirmed. A confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or SMS once the delivery has been scheduled. Customers will also receive real-time tracking details approximately 30 minutes before the selected delivery date and time.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable or unresponsive during the scheduled delivery time, the order will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued. Please ensure the recipient’s address and contact number are accurate, and that the recipient is reachable at the time of delivery to help ensure a smooth delivery process.

While we always aim to fulfil deliveries on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to transport disruptions, government actions, acts of God, or other unforeseen events. No refunds or compensation will be provided for such delays.

CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL
1. Adverse Weather Conditions
In situations involving severe weather conditions such as heavy rain or flooding, delivery services may be delayed or disrupted. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are not responsible for any resulting delays. In such cases, we are unable to provide refunds or arrange redelivery for affected orders.

2. Force Majeure
Bakee shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to fulfil its obligations where such delay or failure is caused by events beyond reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to: (i) natural disasters or Acts of God, (ii) war, riots, civil unrest, or acts of terrorism, (iii) government actions, restrictions, or regulatory changes, (iv) fire, explosion, flood, fog, or other adverse weather conditions, (v) power outages or failures in telecommunications, (vi) breakdown of machinery, systems, or transport vehicles, (vii) supplier or delivery partner failures, (viii) strikes, lockouts, theft, vandalism, or other industrial disputes, and (ix) any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the company’s reasonable control.
